Neither jay or hailey ever asked burzek about the custody case or how makayla is doing after being kidnapped. in all of kevins episode especially lies its obvious something is bothering him yet neither of them talked to him about it. so why do you expect the unit to check in on upstead when upstead has never done that to them? why they deserve special treatment?

i forgot to mention 8x5 and 9x1. mack calls kim mum and best friend. she has never called adam dad. lets remember she felt much more comfortable with adam out of the house after she was kidnapped. not saying she doesnt love adam but from the start it has been shown mack feels the most safe with kim, she trusts her the most. if mack was ever feeling vulnerable in any way she would want kim by her side not adam! she only wants to do fun things with adam!

haley g is a idiot! and so are u both for agreeing with her! adam absolutely does need to prove himself as a a parent. it would be his responsibility to raise her if anything were to happen to kim. if adam didnt proven himself it would be carless of kim to not make someone else the guardian! kim has already proven herself as a parent! remember 8x03, 8x13, 8x16? clearly u all need to go back and watch old episodes!
